Chuck Freilich is a senior fellow at the Belfer Center Harvard’s Kennedy School. He was a deputy national security adviser in Israel and is the author of Zion’s Dilemmas: How Israel Makes National Security Policy, and most recently Israeli National Security: A New Strategy for an Era of Change, as well as the forthcoming book, Israel and the Cyber-Threat. He has taught political science at Harvard, NYU, and Columbia in the United States, and at Tel Aviv University and IDC Herzliya in Israel. Freilich holds a PhD from Columbia University.
