Evan is an advisor at Israel Policy Forum, where he previously served as associate director of policy and communications. In tandem, Evan also works as a media and outreach consultant for the Israeli NGO Terrestrial Jerusalem. His work on topics including the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Russia and the former Soviet Union, and U.S. foreign policy has been published in Foreign Policy, The Hill, Haaretz, The Diplomat, and The Forward, and he has been quoted and cited in The Washington Post, USA Today, and VICE News. Evan is a graduate of Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international relations at Johns Hopkins University.
