Please join IPF Atid D.C. for a briefing from Ido Dembin, Executive Director of the Israeli think tank Molad. Ido will talk to our community about how Netanyahu’s new government will impact the prospects of a two-state solution in the near and long-term.

IPF Atid is the young professionals network of Israel Policy Forum, an organization dedicated to advancing support for a viable two-state solution that safeguards Israeli security. It is a community comprised of informed and empowered young professionals working to advance a more pragmatic, nuanced conversation addressing the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Ido Dembin is the executive director of Molad. Prior to joining Molad, Ido was the Israel Director at New-York based non-profit itrek. He has also served as an advisor at the Israeli mission to the OECD, UNESCO, and the Council of Europe in Paris, and as a lawyer and legal intern at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, and Orna Lin and co., respectively. Ido is a Tel Aviv University-educated lawyer and also holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from Columbia University, New York, where he also served as chief editor of RightsViews, the program’s online magazine. He is the founder and chief editor of “Mr. Dembin Goes to Washington”, a US politics and society blog. He has written for many Israeli outlets, including Ha’aretz, Walla, Saloona, The Hottest Place in Hell and more.

Established in 2012, Molad is an independent, non-partisan Israeli think tank that works to reinvigorate Israeli society by injecting new ideas into all spheres of public discourse. Its vision combines liberal values with a realistic approach to the political and geopolitical challenges of Israeli reality. They inform Israeli public debate with responsible content that meets the highest possible standards of research and analysis – the dearth of which has played a crucial role in Israel’s ongoing state of crisis.
