Event Details

Join IPF Atid Chicago and ASBI YP as we dive into the most pressing topics related to the future of Zionism, the diaspora’s relationship to the Jewish state, and Palestinian politics. Over the course of 3 Shabbats, guests will hear from expert speakers, having the chance to not only learn from them, but to engage with them directly, and engage in dialogue across differences.

Join in conversation with Jill Katz (Chicago Regional Director, New Israel Fund) and Emily White (Director, JUF Israel Education Center) on the shifting discourse within American Jewry in regards to Zionism and what this means for the community at large. The panelists will explore how the rise of identity politics has impacted the American Jewish conversation on Zionism and to what extent these changes are getting attention in Israel. The conversation will be moderated by Jonathan Kamel, IPF Atid’s National Chair.
