Pursue a career with Israel Policy Forum and join us in advancing the dialogue to achieve a two-state solution and ensure a Jewish, democratic, secure Israel for generations to come.

Israel Policy Forum is hiring a Chief Public Engagement Officer (CPEO). This is a new position created in response to the rapid increase in demand for IPF’s programming and content to take on much of the organization-wide program collaboration, development, and implementation currently managed by the Chief Executive Officer. The CPEO will be a member of the senior executive team, and will oversee and ensure effective collaboration across the organization’s Jewish communal partnerships, IPF Atid young professionals, and communications departments, and manage the directors of each program. The CPEO will also oversee national engagement efforts, including public webinars, an annual Policy Summit, and other nationwide initiatives.

Under the guidance of the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), the Assistant Director of Development (ADD) partners with the entire IPF team to execute an aggressive fundraising plan that incorporates new and ongoing initiatives including donor solicitation and stewardship, a recurring giving program, virtual and in-person fundraising and cultivation events, delegation travel to the Middle East, project underwriting, institutional support, and legacy giving. The ADD will manage the Leadership Circle individual giving program and work closely with the Communications and Marketing Director to develop and implement cross-platform multimedia appeals.

Israel Policy Forum is hiring a Deputy Policy Director (DPD). Under the guidance of the Policy Director, the DPD will work with the Policy team to develop IPF policy positions and policy products, and analysis, and will also work in tandem with the Government Relations team to effectively communicate IPF’s policy priorities to government officials and the Washington policy community, and help to educate Jewish community audiences about IPF’s policy work.

Israel Policy Forum is seeking an IPF Atid Program Associate. Under the guidance of the IPF Atid Director, the Program Associate will work closely with the IPF Atid team to engage the IPF Atid leadership network, and collaborate with other IPF departments to initiate new program concepts, evaluate program impact and success, and work strategically to develop new methods to strengthen network engagement and reach new communities of young professionals across the nation.
