Samantha von Ende (Indianapolis) is a J.D./Ph.D. Fellow, providing research and consulting assistance on projects in Myanmar, Laos, and Jordan through Indiana University Maurer School of Law’s Center for Constitutional Democracy. Sam’s scholarship and consulting work focuses on constitutional design, political transitions, and societal conflict. Her Ph.D dissertation explores the political developments and constitutional foundations that influence evolving conceptions of current and future majorities in Israel. Sam has served as a legal intern in the chambers of United States Seventh Circuit Judge David Hamilton, an Access to Justice Pro Bono Fellow, and in editorships on multiple law journals.
