Zak Malamed (New York) is the Co-founder and Executive Director of The Next 50, a network of organizations building a more representative democracy by identifying the next generation of political leaders and philanthropists. He previously founded and was Executive Director of Student Voice, which is the largest national group helping students advocate for equity in education. Afterward, he joined the Emerson Collective’s XQ Institute. Most recently, Zak worked at Facebook Education.
