Shay Bialik (Israel) is the Director of Global Sustainability and Ethics at Strauss Group, an international global Food and Beverage company. She co-founded and leads the Israel Forum for ESG Leaders, and is a prominent speaker and lecturer on ESG, CSR, sustainable development, and gender equality. Prior to that, she served in the Mission to the OECD and the DAC, UNESCO, and the Council of Europe in Paris and the governing board of the development center of the OECD in Paris. And in the United Nations in New York, as the delegate to the Economic and Financial Committee and the UN General Assembly. Shay holds a BA in History and International Relations from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Sciences Po Paris, an M.Sc. in Development Policy and Economic Analysis from the New School University in NYC.
