Brian Hertz (Los Angeles, CA) is the Assistant Director for American Jewish Committee (AJC) ACCESS Global, empowering Jewish young professionals around the globe to unite with other communities against hate, building a more free and just world. He is a community organizer and advocate, bringing together diverse groups to collaborate around shared values. Brian graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychobiology, and draws extensively from his educational experiences around conflict resolution and human interaction. Brian believes that many of society’s problems can be solved by working together and listening to one another and that leaders have a responsibility to hear their constituents’ concerns. Brian has worked with many Jewish organizations, as well as several LGBTQ+ organizations, to bring new voices into their work and deepen their community impact.
