Ofir Marer (Washington D.C.) is a Digital Health and Social ProtectionConsultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where he works with governmental agencies in the Latin America and Caribbean region to promote innovative solutions, smart investments, digital transformation processes, and change management for the integration of accepted solutions. Originally from Israel, he is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience across public and private sectors, engaging with companies, startups, and stakeholders in various ecosystems, including education, finance, tech, health, and security. He is also a board member of the Israeli Society for Patients’ Rights nonprofit. Ofir holds anM.P.A. from the National University of Singapore, an M.A. in PoliticalCommunications from Tel-Aviv University, and a B.Sc in Computer Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Haifa University.
