David Orenstein is a Ph.D. student studying History of Judaism at Duke University and is pursuing minors in American Religion and Political Science. He holds an M.A. in Religious Studies from Duke University, M.A.’s in Jewish Professional Leadership and Near Eastern and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University, and B.A.’s in Jewish Studies and Psychology from Indiana University Hutton Honors College. David has served on the student executive committees of Chabad of UNC/Duke, Duke Friends of Israel, and Duke Israel Public Affairs Committee and participated in Challah for Hunger, the Duke University Program in American Grand Strategy, and Alexander Hamilton Society.
