Adina Schwartz

Adina Schwartz is the IPF Atid New York chair and the associate vice president of strategy and operations at the Jewish Federations of North America. Adina works across the organization on a range of priority initiatives, including the general assembly, governance, and system-wide missions. Previously, Adina served in leadership roles at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, JCC Harlem, and 21/64, where she worked with individuals, families, nonprofits, and private sector companies on multigenerational philanthropy and empowering next-gen donors. She has spoken with communities around the world on generational transition, values-guided decision making, and strategic philanthropy. Adina graduated from York University with an honors BA in Psychology, and holds a Master’s degree in public policy and nonprofit management from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Adina is originally from Toronto (go Leafs!) and now lives in NYC.
