Julia ‘Rosa’ Snyder is a Community Engagement Coordinator. She received her bachelor’s degree in German Language and Literature, Linguistics, and Middle Eastern Languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in International Affairs focusing on Economic and Political Development, Conflict Resolution, and the Middle East from Columbia University. Prior to joining IPF, Rosa did program organizing for a Synagogue in North Carolina.
