Elianna brings experience across Jewish nonprofit work, executive support, operations and recruitment. Prior to joining Israel Policy Forum, she served as chief of staff & programs at Our Campus United, a Jewish nonprofit startup focused on supporting college students and young adults. In that role, she supported efforts to combat antisemitism and anti-Israel hostility on campus while promoting Jewish pride, connection, and community.

She previously worked at Masa Israel Journey as northeast regional recruitment manager, supporting outreach and engagement across the Tri-State area and New England, and began her career at Jewish National Fund as a project coordinator and executive assistant.

Elianna also brings several years of experience in recruitment and talent operations, where she managed client relationships and candidate placements, led teams, built onboarding and training systems, and supported process improvement across fast-paced organizations.

She holds a B.A. in international relations with a concentration in international business and a minor in business administration from Muhlenberg College. Outside of her professional work, Elianna is involved in the Jewish young professional community in Jersey City, where she helps organize events and learning opportunities.
