Elad Raymond is the Donor Engagement Coordinator and Leadership Circle Engagement Manager at Israel Policy Forum. He graduated from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University with a B.A. in international affairs, a concentration in conflict resolution, and a minor in geographic information systems. At GW, he was a member of the Dean’s Scholars Research Program, completing his thesis on historical migration dynamics between the United States and Israel. He previously served as events assistant at the Institute for Middle East Studies.

Elad is also the founder and executive director of the Onero Institute, a youth-driven research organization that seeks to create intergenerational dialogue in international affairs and better involve youth in policy discourse.
