IPF strongly condemns today’s brutal terror attack in Halamish and the heinous murder of three innocent Israelis as they celebrated the Sabbath with their family. There is never any justification to such attacks, and Israelis have a fundamental right to be safe and secure from terrorist violence designed to do nothing but kill innocents. We mourn the loss of three Israeli citizens and wish a speedy recovery to those wounded. The Temple Mount cannot be used as an excuse for violence, and all the more so when the alleged threat to it is completely fabricated. We call upon all responsible Palestinian leaders to denounce these attacks and to act to calm tempers rather than dangerously inflame them.
